How to automate Webex Events

Native integrations

Registration pages connect to your CRM so that leads arrive from the first sign-up. Confirm with the vendor that your CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, is supported and which fields map.

An idea: create a CRM list for every event, and tag attendees by session so follow-up reflects what each person watched.

API and webhooks

The product, formerly Socio, has a public GraphQL API, with documentation at public-api.socio.events. Check what it covers before you plan around it.

An idea: after each event, pull attendance data through the API and send it to your CRM or data warehouse, so reporting does not depend on a manual export.

MCP server

Cisco has official MCP servers for Webex Meetings, Messaging, Vidcast and Workspaces, but I found none for Webex Events. If you want an AI assistant to work with event data, the API is the route for now.
