The People AI employee
Each factory has one AI employee. This one takes the upkeep off the team, works within a level set by its trust score, and asks a person first when a decision needs one.
What it works on
The People AI employee works through the maintain bucket of the People factory: the upkeep that can be deleted, automated or delegated. It is measured on revenue per employee.
Its level
It starts as an Observer and moves up to Junior, Medior and Senior as its trust score grows. The score is measured on work that a person has checked.
Autonomy is set per stage
Autonomy is set per stage: manual, assisted, supervised, exceptions only, or autonomous. Anything above its stage goes to the owner.
