Native integrations

The vendor lists integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot and Marketo for registrant sync, plus tools such as Prezi, Intellum and Interprefy for presenting, learning and live interpretation. For HubSpot users, one idea is to create a workflow that tags every registrant who attended, and another for those who registered but did not show up, so sales can follow up with the right message.

API and webhooks

GoTo has a developer portal that lists a GoToWebinar REST API (v2). Check the documentation for which resources, such as registrants and attendees, and which events you can use. One idea: push attendee and poll data into your own reporting after every session.

MCP server

There is no official MCP server for GoTo Webinar yet. Only third-party options exist, so I would not rely on them for customer data.
