Identifies company visitors to a B2B website and surfaces their contact details for follow-up.

Why Leadinfo

Leadinfo matches visitor IP addresses to company names and contact details, turning anonymous website traffic into sales leads. It targets B2B teams in Europe wanting to identify and act on account interest in real time. Cross-tool integrations send alerts to Slack and CRM platforms so teams respond quickly.

Best for
B2B sales and marketing teams in Europe with steady website traffic who want to see which companies visit, and pass the right ones to the CRM quickly.

What it does

Leadinfo matches visits to your website with company data. You see which companies came, which pages they read and how interested they look. It adds company details, LinkedIn profiles and financials, and a database of decision makers with LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers and email addresses at the companies it identifies.

On top of that sit lead scoring, alerts and automations, and connections to your CRM. The vendor says it is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certified, and it quotes coverage of 195 countries.

Why you would need it

Most B2B visitors never fill in a form. You pay for ads, content and events, and you only see the few people who raise a hand. The rest is anonymous traffic that looks the same on every report.

I have used Leadinfo for lots of clients, and my previous B2B agency was a partner. Solid Growth is also a certified partner. Each morning I open the inbox to see which companies browsed key pages the day before. A quick scan shows where interest is heating up.

Where it fits

Leadinfo sits on your website through a tracking script or Google Tag Manager, and it can read Google Ads and GA4 data. It feeds your CRM, your chat tool and your outreach. In my own setups the HubSpot integration pushes high-intent visitors into the sales queue with tasks assigned. Alerts go to Slack when a target account lands on the pricing page, and Pipedrive receives a deal when a qualified company hits the contact form.

It replaces guessing which anonymous visits matter. Dealfront and Albacross do similar work.

What stands out

  • More than 70 native integrations, plus Zapier and Make for the rest.
  • A decision maker database on top of company identification, so you can find a person as well as a firm.
  • Automated lead scoring that ranks the companies worth a follow-up.
  • Add-ons such as Autopilot, which sends email and LinkedIn messages to visitors, and Leadbot, a website chat for quick answers.

My take

The speed from website to CRM is what I value. A team can react within hours instead of days, and that has lifted conversion rates noticeably in the setups I know. The interface is clean, support is responsive and the team keeps adding useful features.

The caveats are real. Leadinfo identifies the business, not always the person, so you still need to find the right contact. Around 70 percent of visits stay anonymous, especially small firms and consumer connections. The vendor itself says an identified count of about 30 percent of traffic is typical.

Verdict

Pick Leadinfo if you run a B2B site with steady traffic and a process for fast follow-up. It pays back when someone acts on the alerts. Skip it if your traffic is low, if your buyers are consumers or home workers, or if nobody will follow up.

Before you choose

It identifies companies, not everyone

Matching works on business networks. Remote workers, small firms and consumer connections often stay anonymous. During the 14-day trial you get a clear count of identified companies, so test that against your own traffic before you buy.

Pricing follows identified companies

Plans are sized by the number of companies identified, not by visits. The vendor excludes internet providers and counts repeat visits from the same company once. A sudden traffic spike can still push you over your plan limit, so check your usage regularly.

Features are split by plan

On the entry plan you send insights to the CRM manually and get three automations. The next plan adds GA4, Looker Studio and LinkedIn Ads connections. Salesforce, Marketo and Matomo sit on the top plan, with unlimited users and automations. Check which integration you need first.

Regional fit and alternatives

Leadinfo is a European product, and the vendor says it covers companies worldwide. Test accuracy for your target countries. Compare Dealfront if you want intent data, and Albacross for a similar tool.
