Leadinfo vs Microsoft Clarity

Leadinfo logovsMicrosoft Clarity logo
Leadinfo tells you which companies visit your site. Clarity shows what visitors do on the page, for free. One feeds sales follow-up and the other feeds site fixes, so pick by who will use the output.

The verdict

If you can only do one, ask who has spare time. For a B2B team with a salesperson ready to follow up within hours, I'd pick Leadinfo. It pays back when someone acts on the alerts. For a team with a weak landing page and no budget, I'd pick Clarity. It is free, and a few real sessions often show the cause within minutes.

No cost stops you from running Clarity first, because it is free. Add Leadinfo later if your buyers are businesses and the traffic is steady. Skip Leadinfo for consumer sites and low traffic. Skip Clarity as your only tool if you need on-page surveys or deep funnel work.

Who each is for

Leadinfo logo

Choose Leadinfo if…

Pick Leadinfo if you run a B2B site in Europe with steady traffic. It suits sales and marketing teams that want company names, lead scoring and alerts to Slack or the CRM, with more than 70 native integrations.

I have used Leadinfo for lots of clients, and Solid Growth is also a certified partner. Each morning I open the inbox to see which companies browsed key pages the day before. The caveat is that it names the business, not always the person, and many visits stay anonymous. There is a trial, so count identified companies against your own traffic first.

Microsoft Clarity logo

Choose Microsoft Clarity if…

Pick Clarity if you want to see real visitor behaviour without a budget conversation. It records sessions, builds heatmaps and adds AI summaries, and you can set it up in minutes through Google Tag Manager.

I have run Clarity alongside Hotjar on multiple B2B sites, and Clarity is where I would start on any site. The free recordings meant I never worried about hitting a cap. It shows what people did, not why, so it has no on-page surveys. Its export API is narrow, so pull the data on a schedule if you want history. It also has an official MCP server.
