How to automate Tally
Native integrations
Tally has direct integrations with Google Sheets, Notion, Coda, Airtable, Slack, Discord, Linear and Attio, plus webhooks. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel tracking are also supported. An idea: send each new application to a Notion database and post a short message in Slack, so the team can review it the same day.
API and webhooks
The Tally API is free for all users. It can list and create forms, read submissions and manage webhooks, and it uses a bearer token. The webhook endpoints let you list events and retry failed deliveries. An idea: send each submission to your own endpoint, which creates a contact and a deal in HubSpot.
MCP server
Tally has an official MCP server at api.tally.so/mcp, free on all plans, and dedicated connectors for Claude and ChatGPT. Your assistant can create forms from a description, edit forms, browse your workspace and pull submissions for analysis. An idea: ask it to summarise this week's open-ended feedback and flag the themes.
No-code automation
Tally lists Zapier, Make, n8n, IFTTT and Pipedream, among others. A practical flow: a new form submission creates a contact in your CRM, adds the UTM values from hidden fields and notifies the owner.
