Kanbox
Why Kanbox
Kanbox is a LinkedIn prospecting tool for sales professionals, recruiters and small agencies. It combines lead scraping from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator with automated connection and messaging campaigns, plus a Kanban-style CRM pipeline and unified inbox for replies. It is purpose-built for teams whose outreach happens primarily on LinkedIn.
What it does
Kanbox is a LinkedIn prospecting tool. It imports leads from LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter, finds emails and runs automated profile visits, connection requests, messages and follow-ups. A Kanban pipeline shows where each lead stands, and a smart inbox combines LinkedIn and Sales Navigator messages. An AI agent can score leads against your ideal customer profile and personalise messages.
Why you would need it
You need it when LinkedIn is where your buyers are and your process is a mess of exports, notes and browser tabs. The pain is having leads in a spreadsheet, replies scattered in the LinkedIn inbox and no view of who is warm.
Kanbox puts scraping, outreach and follow-up in one place. What changes is that every lead has a stage and a next step, and replies come to one inbox.
Where it fits
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator feed it. It feeds your CRM and other tools through its API and webhooks. It replaces a scraper, an inbox manager and a light CRM.
It sits beside tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach and Dripify, which cover the same channel in different ways.
What stands out
- Import from several sources. Search results, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, with filters.
- Kanban CRM. Pipelines show lead status at a glance.
- Smart inbox. One place for LinkedIn and Sales Navigator replies.
- Account safety. Randomised delays and daily action limits are designed to respect LinkedIn's limits.
- European servers. The vendor states GDPR compliance with European data servers.
My take
It is focused and that is the point. LinkedIn is a channel where a lot of B2B deals start, and a tool that keeps leads, messages and stages together beats a folder of exports. I would pick it for straightforward LinkedIn outreach, where a scraper, inbox and light CRM in one tool is enough. Message personalisation can feel basic and there is no built-in email step, so if you also run email sequences you will pair it with another tool.
Be careful with any automation on LinkedIn. Automated actions can break LinkedIn's rules, and the platform can limit accounts. Use sensible volumes, and read the vendor's guidance on daily limits before you scale a campaign.
If you work as an agency, check how multi-account switching, shared templates and custom proxy support fit your set-up. Those are listed on the vendor's site and matter once you manage several clients.
Verdict
Pick Kanbox when LinkedIn is your main outreach channel and you want one tool for prospecting and tracking. Skip it when you need multi-channel sequences with email, or a full CRM.
Notes
Your note
Before you choose
LinkedIn account risk
Automating on LinkedIn carries a risk to your account. Kanbox uses delays and daily limits, but the risk is not zero. Keep volumes low and avoid sending the same message to everyone.

Pricing is per LinkedIn account
The plans are priced in euros per LinkedIn account, not per user, and there is no free plan, only a 15-day trial without a card. An agency with many accounts will see the cost scale with each one.
LinkedIn only
There is no built-in email step. If your outreach spans email and LinkedIn, compare it with lemlist or Instantly, which are built around multi-channel sequences and cold email.
Alternatives to compare
HeyReach is built for scaling LinkedIn outreach across many accounts, and Dripify is a similar automation tool. Compare how each handles inbox, CRM and limits.
