HeyReach
Why HeyReach
What it does
HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach platform. You connect LinkedIn accounts as senders, build campaigns with steps such as connection requests, messages, voice notes and profile views, and let HeyReach rotate the work across accounts. All replies come into one unified inbox, so you do not log in and out of each account.
It has conditional logic, such as "if connected", to split leads by what they do. Analytics show results and tag warm leads.
Why you would need it
LinkedIn outreach is limited per account. One person can only send so many requests a day, so a team that wants volume needs several senders. Managing those accounts by hand means logging in, checking inboxes in different places and losing replies.
You feel it when you run outreach for more than one person or client. Replies sit in the wrong account, nobody sees who answered, and reporting is a spreadsheet. HeyReach puts senders, inbox and results in one view.
Where it fits
HeyReach is the LinkedIn channel in an outbound stack. Lead lists come in from tools such as Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and activity goes out to your CRM. It integrates with Instantly and Smartlead for multichannel outreach, and syncs with HubSpot.
It replaces manual LinkedIn messaging and, for some teams, simpler single-account automation tools such as Dripify.
What stands out
- Unlimited sender accounts with automatic rotation across them.
- A unified inbox across every connected account.
- Native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, and a HubSpot sync that logs connections, messages and replies.
- An API, webhooks and an official MCP server, plus connections to Clay, n8n, Make and Zapier.
My take
If you run outbound for several people, or for clients, the multi-sender design is the point. It is built for agencies and teams, and the way it ties LinkedIn to email tools makes sense for multichannel sequences.
What I would watch is risk and quality. Automating LinkedIn at scale can cost you accounts if you push too hard, and LinkedIn's rules are strict. Keep volumes sensible, personalise the first message, and make sure each sender account really belongs to a person who agreed to it. Volume does not fix a weak offer.
Verdict
Pick HeyReach when you need LinkedIn outreach across several accounts, with a shared inbox and CRM sync, and you will manage the risk carefully. Skip it when you have one sender, or when you would rather do outreach by hand.
Notes
Your note
Before you choose
LinkedIn's rules and account risk
Automation on LinkedIn can lead to restrictions on the accounts involved. Read LinkedIn's terms, keep volumes moderate and do not use accounts you cannot afford to lose. The tool does not remove this risk.

Pricing structure
HeyReach has a plan priced per sender seat and plans with unlimited senders for agencies. Which one fits depends on how many accounts you run and whether you serve clients. The vendor offers a trial, so test a real campaign before you commit.
Quality of lead data
HeyReach sends and tracks, but the quality of your list decides your results. Pair it with a good source of leads and clean data. Compare with Lemlist, Kanbox and Dripify before you decide.
Data and consent
Outbound messaging touches personal data. Decide what you store, where the data goes in your CRM, and how people can opt out, especially for European contacts.
