Custom-branded booking page

You can add your own logo, colours or domain to pages your customers see, instead of showing only the vendor's branding.

What it is

Custom branding lets you make customer-facing pages look like yours. Depending on the tool, you can add a logo, set brand colours, change fonts, use your own web address or remove the vendor's badge. For example, a client opens your booking link and sees your logo and colours, not another company's. Cal.com, Calendly, Lemcal and Trainual list this feature.

Why it matters

A branded page feels more credible and reassures visitors that they are in the right place. For professional services and client-facing teams, it can matter. For internal use, or where speed counts more than looks, the default styling is usually fine. Branding options are often limited to paid plans, so check where the line falls.

What to check

  • Which elements can you change: logo, colours, fonts, domain, emails?
  • Can you remove the vendor's own branding, and on which plan?
  • Does the branding carry over to confirmation and reminder emails?
  • Does the custom domain include a security certificate?
