Connect your CRM and analytics tools. A concrete flow: send in-app survey scores to HubSpot so customer success sees unhappy accounts, and sync segments to and from Segment so the same audience is used everywhere. Salesforce, Zendesk and Intercom are also listed.

API and webhooks

Userpilot has a real-time HTTP API to identify users and companies and track events, plus bulk import and export APIs. Webhooks send notifications from Userpilot to your app. Use a webhook when a user completes an onboarding checklist to start the next step in your lifecycle emails.

MCP server

The hosted MCP server is documented at docs.userpilot.com and is available on all plans. Sign in with your Userpilot login, then connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. Ask how your signup funnel performed last month, or have it create a segment of users who finished onboarding but never opened reports. Changes it makes take effect immediately, so review them.
