How to automate SavvyCal

Native integrations

SavvyCal connects to calendars, video conferencing tools and CRMs. Link your calendar first, then add the conferencing tool your team uses for calls.

Automation idea: connect your CRM so every booked meeting creates or updates a contact, and the meeting source is saved on the record.

API and webhooks

There is a REST API with OAuth authentication, a JavaScript embed for your site and webhooks that notify you about changes in the account.

Automation idea: send a webhook on each new booking to your team chat, with the invitee and the topic, so the owner can prepare.

MCP server

SavvyCal has an MCP server at savvycal.com/mcp that uses OAuth, with read and write scopes. Check which tools it exposes before you plan a workflow around it.

Automation idea: if the tools cover bookings, ask an assistant for next week's meetings with people outside the company and which booking links they came from.

No-code automation

The pricing table lists a Zapier integration. Use it to move bookings into the sheet, CRM or project tool your team already uses.

Automation idea: when a candidate books an interview, a Zap creates a card on the hiring board and posts the time in the recruiting channel.
