Calendly vs SavvyCal

Calendly logovsSavvyCal logo
Calendly is the familiar default with a free plan and a long integration list, while SavvyCal lets invitees overlay their own calendar and has ranked availability. Most teams start with Calendly.

The verdict

For most small B2B teams, pick Calendly. It has a free plan, prospects already know it, and it connects to nearly everything.

Pick SavvyCal when the person booking is a prospect, a candidate or a client, and you want the booking page itself to feel better. Its overlay and ranked availability are the reasons to switch.

SavvyCal has no free plan for scheduling links, so budget for it. It has a refund in the first thirty days, which lets you test it with real bookings. If you only need a simple link, Calendly is enough. If you book many meetings across companies, try both.

Who each is for

Choose Calendly if…

Pick Calendly if your team books many external meetings and you want a tool that works on day one. It offers routing forms that send each lead to the right person or page, round-robin and team scheduling, and more than 150 integrations including Zoom, Slack, Salesforce and HubSpot.

The free plan covers the basics, but several connected calendars, reporting and removing branding need a paid plan. Team plans are priced per seat, so give seats to the people who book external calls.

It is not a lead scoring tool.

Choose SavvyCal if…

Pick SavvyCal if you book many meetings with people outside the company, such as in sales, recruiting or consulting. The overlay and the week view save the invitee flipping between tabs, and ranked availability lets you mark the slots you would rather fill first.

It has collective, round robin and group modes, and meeting polls that stay free to use. Time protection includes buffers, limits and time blocking. Custom domains, delegated access and paid bookings sit on the Premium plan.

Every host needs a seat, so count the people who need their own link.
