How to automate Qwilr

Native integrations

Qwilr connects to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce, plus QuickBooks, Stripe and Slack. Start with the CRM. A deal moving to proposal stage can then create a page from the deal data and write the outcome back.

API and webhooks

The Qwilr API is REST with bearer-token authentication. You can list, create, get and update pages, read saved blocks and taxes, list payment gateways and users, and create webhook subscriptions. An idea: when a customer submits a form on your site, create a quote page from a template and send the link by email. Another: use a webhook to tell your team when a page is accepted.

MCP server

Qwilr is building an MCP server so salespeople can work in Qwilr from tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, and it runs an early-access waitlist. Check whether it is live for your plan before you build a workflow around it.

No-code automation

Qwilr lists a Zapier integration. A simple flow: when a Qwilr page is accepted, create an invoice task for your finance team and post the news in a Slack channel. Another: when a deal reaches the proposal stage in your CRM, start the page build.
