No transaction fees

What it is
A transaction fee is a percentage that a platform keeps from every sale you make through it. A tool with no transaction fees leaves that share with you, so the platform earns only from its subscription. A payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal will usually still charge its own processing fee on each card payment, and that is a separate cost. Kajabi is listed with this feature.
Why it matters
For a business with low sales, a percentage cut is easy to overlook. As sales grow, it becomes a cost that rises with every order and can outweigh the subscription itself. You need to look at this if you plan to sell a lot of low-priced items or expect revenue to grow quickly. If you sell only a few high-value offers, the difference may be small and other features can matter more.
What to check
- Does every plan avoid transaction fees, or only certain plans?
- Which payment providers can you connect, and what do they charge you for each payment?
- Are there other charges on sales, such as fees on refunds, payouts, currency conversion or sales made through a marketplace?
- Work out your own expected monthly sales and compare the total cost with a platform that takes a cut.
