Customers.ai (formerly MobileMonkey)
Why Customers.ai (formerly MobileMonkey)
Customers.ai identifies anonymous website visitors and feeds them into your marketing tools. Its products cover identity resolution, AI audience segments for Klaviyo, server-side ad tracking and email deliverability. It began as the MobileMonkey chatbot builder and now targets e-commerce brands that want more contacts from the traffic they already have.
What it does
Customers.ai identifies visitors to your website who have not filled in a form, and passes them to your marketing tools as contacts. The product line has four parts: X-Ray for identity resolution, Alfred as an AI audience agent, Super CAPI for server-side tracking to Meta, and Inboxer for email deliverability.
The company formerly traded as MobileMonkey, a chatbot builder, and the old login address still appears on the site. The current focus is visitor identification and the data that feeds email and ads.
Why you would need it
Most visitors to a store are anonymous. You paid for the traffic, they browsed, and they left without giving you an email address. Your list can only be built from the few who sign up.
Identity resolution tries to match visitors to known people, so you can reach more of them. The vendor claims it helps raise Klaviyo revenue and offers a trial to test that on your own traffic.
Where it fits
It sits between your website and your email platform. Your site feeds it visitor signals. It feeds identified contacts to Klaviyo, Shopify and ad platforms such as Meta and Google. The vendor also lists integrations with SendGrid, Salesforce, Semrush and HighLevel.
It replaces or adds to a plain pop-up form, and it competes with other visitor identification tools.
What stands out
- Alfred segments audiences by purchase intent and optimises Klaviyo campaigns.
- Pricing is based on your total Klaviyo profiles, so cost follows the size of your database.
- A 7-day free trial with no credit card needed and up to 500 visitor resolutions during the trial.
- Official partner status with Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta and Google.
My take
I would test it when you are on Klaviyo, you have meaningful traffic and your list growth has stalled. The trial lets you measure real match rates before you pay.
Identifying visitors raises privacy and consent questions, and results vary by region and audience. In the Netherlands and the rest of Europe, check the legal basis carefully before you contact people who never signed up. I would also treat the vendor's revenue claims as claims, and measure your own.
Verdict
Pick it when you run an e-commerce brand on Klaviyo and want to test visitor identification on your own traffic. Skip it when you need a firm legal footing for every contact in Europe, or when you do not use Klaviyo.
Notes
Your note
Before you choose
Privacy and consent
Contacting people who never gave you their details is a legal question, not only a technical one. Rules differ between the United States and Europe. Get advice, and check your privacy notice and your basis for outreach before you send.

Match rates vary
Identification rates depend on your audience, traffic sources and region. Use the trial to measure what share of visitors it actually identifies, and how many of those become engaged contacts.
Pricing follows Klaviyo profiles
Pricing is based on all profiles in your Klaviyo account, including suppressed and unsubscribed ones. A large, old list can cost more than you expect. The pricing page uses a calculator and contact sales, so ask for a quote first.
Alternatives to compare
For B2B visitor identification, look at Leadinfo, Albacross or Dealfront. For chatbot-led capture, Manychat is the nearest comparison for the old chatbot product.
