Pick Make when the pain is moving data between tools. A scenario can branch, loop and aggregate, and credits are priced by use, not by seat. The MCP server and client come with every plan, including the free one.

Expect a steeper learning curve than Zapier. Credits are harder to predict, so run your most complex scenario a few times on the free plan. API access to most endpoints needs a paid plan.
