Native integrations

Clockify lists integrations with Jira, Google Calendar, Outlook, QuickBooks, Xero, Asana, Trello, Todoist, GitHub, HubSpot, Salesforce and more. A useful one: connect your project tool, so people start a timer from a task instead of retyping the name.

API and webhooks

Clockify has an API, documented at docs.clockify.me. Check the docs for webhook support. Use the API to pull hours per project into your own report or invoice routine.

No-code automation

Clockify lists a Zapier integration. Try this: when a project closes in your task tool, a Zap creates a draft invoice in your accounting tool using the tracked hours.
