Odie lists integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack, Outlook and Gmail. A sensible first setup: connect your CRM and support tool, let the daily analysis run, and send renewal-risk alerts to a Slack channel for the account owner.

MCP server

The Odie product has its own MCP server, and the vendor sells the engine on that basis: plug it into any agent or tool your team already has. Connect it to Claude and ask what changed on a key account this week. Treat this as an Odie feature, and ask whether the older Totango platform has MCP.

API and webhooks

The Odie site lists a Customer Data API integration as coming soon. Ask the vendor what is available today before you plan a custom build.
