Native integrations

Smartlead connects to CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. One idea: when a lead replies positively, update the deal stage in the CRM and notify the owner, so no interested reply waits in the inbox.

API and webhooks

Smartlead has a public API with endpoints for campaigns, leads, email accounts and webhooks. Use the campaign webhooks to send events, such as a reply or a bounce, to your own system. You can also add leads to a campaign automatically from a form or an enrichment workflow, for example after they pass your verification step in Clay.

MCP server

Smartlead's help centre documents an official MCP server for connecting it to Claude. Connect it to Claude to review campaign analytics, find campaigns with falling reply rates and draft new sequence steps. Keep a person in the approval step for anything that sends mail.
