Four official servers (RingEX Phone, Chat, Admin on mcp.labs.ringcentral.com, App Connect on unified-crm-extension.labs.ringcentral.com), preview/beta, SSE. No single fixed endpoint, so no server_url. Previous server_url was the docs page.
