How to automate Read AI

Native integrations

Read AI pushes meeting reports and action items to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Jira, Linear, Notion and Confluence, and syncs with HubSpot and Salesforce. Start with your CRM or task tool. An idea: send every action item from a client call to the project board with the owner and due date filled in.

API and webhooks

Read AI has a REST API for meeting content, documented in its support centre, and webhooks that distribute meeting summaries and action items to other apps. An idea: when a meeting ends, post the summary to a Slack channel and create a record in your own database for later analysis.

MCP server

Read AI has an official remote MCP server, in open beta, that signs in with OAuth. It also has connectors for Claude and ChatGPT. An idea: ask your assistant what each customer asked for in the last quarter and compile a list, with the meeting each request came from.

No-code automation

A Zapier integration pushes meeting data into other apps. A simple flow: when a meeting report is ready, add a note to the contact in your CRM and create a follow-up task for the owner.
