MCP server

What it is
Vendor MCP server on developers.outreach.io (streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 + DCR). The docs state no fixed endpoint URL; the previous server_url was a docs page, not an endpoint.

How to automate Outreach

Native integrations

Outreach has an Outreach Marketplace for integrations, and the product connects to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex for calls, plus a Slack app. Connect your CRM first. A good first rule: when a call is analysed and a risk is flagged, create a task for the owner of the deal.

API and webhooks

The developer portal documents a REST API with OAuth and server-to-server access, webhooks, bulk imports and custom objects. Use webhooks to push a reply event into your CRM, or pull sequence results into a weekly report. Data sharing to Snowflake exists for warehouse reporting.

MCP server

Outreach publishes an official MCP server with 32 tools, hosted for remote use over streamable HTTP. Connect it to Claude and ask which deals in the quarter have no activity for two weeks. The package list shows the MCP server from Plus upward.

No-code automation

Zapier lists an Outreach app. Use it to add prospects from a form or a list into a sequence. Check which triggers and actions it offers before you build around it.
