How to automate Granola

Native integrations

Granola connects to tools such as Notion, HubSpot and Zapier, on its paid plans. One idea: after a sales call, push the summary and next steps to the deal record in HubSpot, so your CRM stays up to date without you typing it.

API and webhooks

There is a public API, available on the Business and Enterprise plans. Use it to pull notes into your own systems. Check the vendor docs for webhook support. One idea: collect every meeting note tagged with a client name into one client file.

MCP server

Granola has an official MCP server at its own domain. You can connect it to Claude or ChatGPT, or add it to Claude Code. It lets an assistant search and read your meeting notes, and on paid plans also browse folders and read full transcripts. Free users get limited tools and only the last thirty days. One idea: ask an assistant to list every commitment you made to a customer last month.
