Native integrations

Custify connects directly with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zendesk Sell, Intercom, Pipedrive, Close and Freshworks CRM. Connect the CRM first, then billing and product data, so health scores use the whole picture.

API and webhooks

Custify has an API, with documentation at docs.custify.com. I could only read the title of that site, so check the endpoints with the vendor. A use case: send product usage events into Custify so health scores update daily.

No-code automation

The vendor says more than 200 further integrations are available through Zapier. Example: a new paid subscription in your billing tool creates an onboarding playbook.

Built-in automation

Playbooks and workflows run inside Custify. Set one up that creates a task for the account manager when a health score drops below your threshold.
