Compound Growth OS
Why Compound Growth OS
Compound Growth OS is an operating system for running an autonomous business by tracking twelve key metrics, the decisions and records behind them, and AI agents that execute growth work. Every paid seat includes access to the Growth Academy. It brings together decision logging, data management, and agentic automation in one system.
What it does
Compound Growth OS is an operating system for running an autonomous business. It tracks twelve key numbers, the decisions and records behind those numbers, and the AI agents that carry out growth work.
It brings three things together: decision logging, data management and agentic automation. Every paid seat also includes access to the Growth Academy.
Why you would need it
Most growth teams work from dashboards that show what happened and nothing about why. The decision to change a price or stop a channel lives in someone's head or a chat thread. Six months later nobody remembers the reason.
When you log decisions next to the numbers they were meant to move, you can see what worked. The logged decisions also become the material that agents learn from, so repeatable work can be handed to them with a clear trail.
Where it fits
It sits above the tools you already run. Your CRM, analytics and billing tools produce the data. Compound Growth OS holds the numbers, the decisions about them and the agents that act. It is not a replacement for a CRM or an ad platform.
What stands out
- Twelve numbers instead of a wall of metrics, so the team agrees on what matters.
- Decisions and records kept beside the numbers.
- Agents that execute growth work.
- The Growth Academy included with every paid seat.
How I'd start
Begin with the twelve numbers. Write down the figures you believe drive growth, find where each one comes from, and note who owns it. Then log every decision that touches those numbers for four weeks. After that, pick one repeatable task and let an agent do it, while you check the result against the number it is meant to move. That order keeps the system honest.
My take
This is Solid Growth's own product, so take my view with that in mind. I'd pick it when the problem is not a lack of data but a lack of memory: you cannot tell why you did something or what happened after.
I would not buy it to replace your tools. It makes sense once you have tools running and want one record of what you decided and what it did to the numbers.
Verdict
Pick it when you run a B2B growth function and want decisions, numbers and agents in one system. Skip it when you are looking for a single piece of software to replace your CRM, or when you do not yet track any numbers at all.

It rewards the habit
Logging decisions only pays off if the team does it every time. The value builds slowly. A team that will not write down what it decides will get little from it.
Pick your twelve numbers first
A system built on twelve numbers needs you to choose them. If you cannot say which numbers drive growth in your business, spend time on that before you buy anything.
Alternatives to compare
A mix of Notion or Coda for decision records and Databox or Looker Studio for the numbers can do part of the job, with more manual work.
