The verdict
For a small B2B team, I'd pick Webflow, because the marketing site is usually the bigger job and it is the one you will change every week. Every B2B site I manage runs on Webflow, and the CMS handles content marketing smoothly. If the shop is the business, I'd pick Shopify. Webflow's ecommerce is fine for small catalogues but limited for large ones, so test the checkout and catalogue limits first if you plan to sell a lot. You can combine them. Some teams keep the brand site on Webflow and the shop on Shopify. Plan the handover between the two before you build.
