The verdict
For a modern B2B marketing site that you will keep growing, I'd pick Webflow. Every B2B site I manage runs on it today. The CMS copes with content marketing, I can build campaign landing pages in hours and colleagues can edit copy safely in Editor mode.
I'd pick Framer when a designer wants to ship quickly, the site is small to mid-sized and nobody wants a learning curve. It looks good out of the box, and it is simpler to start.
The pricing is where both can sting. Webflow has site plans and workspace plans, which makes budgeting fiddly. Framer charges per site and for extra editors. Count your pages, editors and CMS items before you compare.
Both lock you in, so a later move means rebuilding.
