Circle
How to automate Circle
Native integrations
Circle lists Zapier support and other third-party integrations. Connect your payments and email first, so a new paying member is added to the right spaces and lists without manual steps. Circle also has its own email marketing and automation, so check what you still need from outside.
API and webhooks
Circle has an Admin API using a token you create under Developers and Tokens in your community, available on the Business plan and above. Webhooks arrive on the Scale plan. An idea: when a member joins from your CRM, add them to the right access group and post a welcome in a space.
MCP server
Circle has an official MCP server, available on the Business plan and above, which only admins can connect. It lets an AI assistant do what the Admin API allows: invite members, create spaces, post content, manage access groups, run events and query engagement. It asks for approval before write or delete actions by default. A good first use is asking which members have gone quiet in the last 30 days.
No-code automation
Circle has built-in workflows on the Business plan and above, and a Zapier integration. A simple flow: when a member completes a course, tag them, send a message and notify your team in Slack. Another: when a payment fails, remove access after a grace period.
