API and webhooks

Beautiful.ai has a public API with documentation. It can generate a presentation from a prompt, create one from a structured outline, create one from a template with variables filled in, list themes and folders, load a deck and export it. Check the API reference for webhook support.

One idea: fill a template with variables from your CRM, so a sales rep gets a first draft of a customer-specific deck the moment a deal reaches the proposal stage.

Native integrations

The vendor lists a PowerPoint add-in, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, Bynder, Frontify, Airtable and Smartsheet, plus a Claude integration and a custom GPT for ChatGPT. Link a chart slide to Airtable or Smartsheet once, and your weekly report deck updates itself when the data changes.

MCP server

I found no official MCP server. The vendor does list a Claude integration that generates a deck from a conversation, which you can refine in Beautiful.ai afterwards.
