Native integrations

Agents use the same app connections as Zapier, so connect the tools the agent needs, such as your CRM and inbox. A first idea: an agent that reads each new lead in HubSpot, checks it against your ideal customer description and writes a short note on the record.

Built-in automation

Agents run on demand or on a schedule, and the Zapier site describes automation triggers that start them. A concrete idea: a Monday morning agent that reads last week's support tickets and posts the top three themes in Slack.

MCP server
