How to automate MailReach

Native integrations

MailReach connects to mailboxes from Gmail, Outlook and any SMTP provider, and it lists Amazon SES, SendGrid and Mailgun as supported. Connect the mailboxes your sequencing tool sends from, so warm-up and campaigns share one reputation.

API and webhooks

MailReach has a REST API for running spam tests, connecting and managing inboxes, and pulling deliverability statistics. Authentication uses an API key, and the docs say calling the API is free, with billing based on platform use. Webhooks and Slack alerts report events such as a disconnected account, a reputation drop or a finished automated spam test. An idea: when an alert says a mailbox lost reputation, pause that mailbox in your sending tool.

Built-in automation

Warm-up runs automatically, and you can schedule spam tests at the frequency you choose. Set automated tests on your live campaigns so a placement problem alerts you before a full send.

MCP server

There is no official MCP server that operates your MailReach account yet. The API docs include an MCP endpoint, but it only searches the documentation. Use the REST API if you want an agent to run tests.
