Native integrations

The vendor lists more than 50 native integrations across payments, marketing, CRM, video and ecommerce, including Stripe, PayPal, HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Shopify and Mailchimp. An idea: connect HubSpot so a purchase or a course completion updates the contact record, and your sales team sees who is learning.

API and webhooks

The LearnWorlds API lets you automate enrolments, sync user data and extract analytics. Webhooks report events such as registrations and course purchases in real time, and the documentation is at learnworlds.dev. An idea: on a purchase event, enrol the learner, create a customer record and post a note in Slack. Check that your plan includes API access.

No-code automation

Zapier, Make and Integrately connect LearnWorlds to other apps without code. The vendor says Salesforce has no native link and recommends Zapier or the API for it. An idea: when a learner finishes a course, tag the contact in your CRM and send a feedback survey through Zapier or Make.

MCP server

LearnWorlds does not advertise an official MCP server, so for AI agents the API is the route.
