How to automate Heap

Native integrations

Heap lists more than 100 integrations, and Heap Connect sends data to a warehouse. Check the integration list for your CRM and warehouse. One idea: send the segment of accounts that used a key feature to your warehouse, so sales can see who is ready for an upgrade conversation.

API and webhooks

Heap has a public server-side Track API for sending custom events, such as transactions or backend actions. The vendor's documentation also covers Identify and user properties. One idea: send a server event when a subscription renews, so you can compare feature use of customers who renew with those who churn.

MCP server

There is no official MCP server dedicated to Heap data. Contentsquare has one, but its coverage of Heap is not spelled out. Check with the vendor before you plan around it.
