How to automate eWebinar
No-code automation
eWebinar mentions Zapier. One idea: when someone registers, create a contact in your CRM. When they attend more than half of the session, create a task for sales with the replay link.
API and webhooks
The REST API v2 lets you read webinars, manage registrants and pull analytics, using named team API keys with scoped permissions. Webhooks let you populate contact lists or trigger workflows. Use the API for a weekly attendance report in Google Sheets.
MCP server
There is an official MCP server, documented in the vendor's developer help. It lets assistants such as Claude build and edit your webinars through one URL, with customisable permissions. A good first use is asking an assistant to draft a new webinar from your latest product notes. Review the result before you publish it.
