How to automate Chorus by ZoomInfo

Native integrations

Chorus connects automatically to Zoom and syncs contacts and communications to Salesforce and other CRM systems. Connect your video tool and CRM first, so every call is logged against the right deal without anyone typing it.

API and webhooks

Chorus has a REST API with documentation at api-docs.chorus.ai. Check the docs for the endpoints available before you plan. A reasonable use is to pull call data into your own reporting, for example to track how often a competitor comes up per quarter.

MCP server

There is no official MCP server specific to Chorus that I know of. ZoomInfo has an MCP server for its own data, so ask ZoomInfo whether it covers Chorus calls before you plan on it.

No-code automation
