The verdict
If you do not have an email platform yet, I'd pick Kit. A list you own and a welcome sequence matter more than a clever form.
If you already send email but a key form loses people, such as a demo request, an application or an onboarding questionnaire, pick Typeform. It earns its cost where better completion pays back.
For a small team it is often sensible to use Typeform for the high-value form and pass the answers to an email tool such as Kit. Check what arrives in your tool first. For simple internal forms, a free form tool is enough and neither is needed.
