In the age of AI, decisions are the new IP

Every choice along the way is captured: the options, who chose, and why.

Every decision, its options and its why, in one log

Open or decided, each decision shows who asked, who decided, what the options were, how people voted and why it went the way it did.

Why: Prices in prose go stale; one update to the plans table fixes every page.

How decision log works

  1. A decision is decided

It is raised with its options, each with its argument. Decision rights send it to the role that owns it, and the owner picks one and says why.

  2. It becomes a rule

The outcome is written down once, versioned, with what it applies to and what it replaces. Everyone it affects gets the outcome, the why, and what changes for them.

    RuleVersion 2

Prices appear only in a tool page's side card, read from the plans table. Review texts never quote a price.

What you get

Who turned this on?
The decision log and its audit trail is the thing that stops that question.
Decision cards
Typed, reusable decision templates with slots. A brand book, for example, is a set of slots; each slot is filled by a decision.
Induction over deduction
People can't say what they want, but they can pick from examples. So you choose from options, archetypes and scraped defaults.
